His clients have included some of the largest financial institutions, software companies and government entities in the U.S. Neal’s prior technical experience includes work for Qualcomm and in information technnology for UC Berkely, from which he also received a bachelor’s degree in philosophy.

 
  Mike Dungan
Software Engineer

Mike has been a developer with the online video companies TubeMogul and Guba. He previously worked in information technology for Eastman Kodak and TDS Fitness Equipment. Mike is chairman of Sanity’s Edge, a cyberpunk multi-player online game for which he’s programmed and administered since 1998, and he is developing a new game to crash into and expand the post-apocalyptic genre. He holds a BS in CS from RIT.

 
  Jeremy Gailor

Jeremy has participated in development projects spanning video, e-learning, auction and portable applications. He has been a software engineer for TubeMogul, Guba, Element K, Bluetie and AustinDetek. He is an accomplished rock climber and is building the site www.photoclimber.com for sharing, modifying and interacting with climbing photos. Jeremy holds a bachelor of computer science from Rochester Institute of Technology and is a Sun certified Java programmer.

 
  Seth Kenvin
Chief Executive Officer

Seth served as vice president of strategic marketing and corporate development for BigBand Networks which provides infrastructure for the rising quality, variety and volume of video services delivered over networks. He managed marketing of the company and its products, as well as certain customer and partner relationships and financial transactions. Before joining BigBand Networks at its founding, Seth was a principal for Cedar Funds, having participated in that venture capital firm’s founding as well. Prior experience includes being an associate for the VC firm Venrock Associates, a consultant to the software company Check Point Technologies, a senior editor for The Red Herring magazine and a corporate finance analyst for the high tech group of Bear Stearns. Seth is a dedicated writer who has been a monthly columnist, blogger, by-line contributor to multiple magazines, and author of more than a dozen white papers published and presented at conferences. He holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in engineering from Cornell and an MBA from Stanford. He is also an entrepreneur who developed and sold the online training system PregoPoker. Pat is a contributor to Rails, a Web application framework for the programming language Ruby, and to RSpec, a framework for testing Ruby.   Shannon Newton
Director of Creative Development

Shannon provides the voice of the producer within Market Seven. As the co-founder of Nickel Tour Productions, he has produced videos for more than 40 clients, including Nickelodeon, Johnson & Johnson, Stone Yamashita, and This Week in Tech (TWiT). His first 35mm film is Do the Math, produced in 2005. Shannon has directed production at PixelCorps, a worldwide guild of media developers. Previously, he held operational and strategic planning roles at Cisco including activities in content distribution technology. Shannon is a former US Army communications officer and holds a BS degree in electrical engineering from Texas A&M.
